SwiftPay Customer Card Terms
Effective September 29, 2026 — Georgia
The issuing merchant—not SwiftPay Solutions LLC—is the card issuer and is responsible for the card balance and redemption. Ask the issuing merchant for its legal business name, store name, Georgia location, customer telephone number, and any store-specific return or replacement policy before accepting a card.
Card use
- The card is a closed-loop store card accepted only for lawful goods or services honored by the issuing merchant.
- The card is not a bank account, credit card, debit card, or general-purpose payment card.
- The card has no ATM, cash-access, person-to-person transfer, international, or third-party payment-network capability.
- The card is not redeemable for cash, change, or currency.
Expiration and fees
Card funds do not expire. SwiftPay charges no dormancy, inactivity, or service fees. The issuing merchant must disclose any separate lawful term before issuance; a conflicting undisclosed term does not become part of these terms merely because it appears later.
PIN and security
If PIN protection is enabled, protect the one-time PIN and do not share it. A person presenting a PIN-free card or its Pocket Card identifier may be able to redeem without another credential. The customer is responsible for protecting the physical card, barcode, Pocket Card link, screenshots, and PIN.
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards
Contact the issuing merchant promptly. Replacement, transfer, or recovery requires the merchant to verify its local records and follow its disclosed policy. SwiftPay cannot remotely view or recreate the merchant's local ledger and cannot promise replacement.
Balances, returns, and disputes
Contact the issuing merchant for balance questions, transaction questions, returns, reversals, replacement, or redemption disputes. The merchant's local ledger is its official transaction record. SwiftPay Solutions LLC provides software to the merchant and does not hold customer funds.
Pocket Card and activity
A Pocket Card link may contain the complete card number and merchant details. Keep it private. Activity updates are saved locally on the customer's device after the customer scans a signed Activity QR. Clearing browser data can erase that personal activity copy; it does not erase the merchant ledger.
Before accepting a card
The issuing merchant must make these terms and its completed merchant contact information available before issuance and whenever requested. Keep the receipt or Pocket Card as a record.
