Ownership

SwiftPay software, screens, workflows, source code, documentation, activation tools, visual design, and included business templates are proprietary materials unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Restricted Distribution

Do not copy, publish, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, upload, or distribute SwiftPay source files, activation generators, license secrets, or private support materials without written permission.

Customer Data

Gift card records, transaction history, and store business records entered by the merchant remain the merchant's operational business data, subject to the merchant's legal and contractual responsibilities.

Third-Party Components

Some builds may use browser APIs or third-party open-source libraries for barcode scanning or PWA behavior. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses.
